How to make magic pastries? DOUGH: Dilute fresh pressed yeast in milk. Add a glass of flour. Stir lightly and place in a warm place for an hour. Add the beaten eggs with salt and sugar, add the remaining flour and stir, adding the soft oil in small portions. Knead until the dough is smooth and sticks to your hands and work surface. Cover the dough with film and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Roll each strip with a bundle, fold in the shape of a wreath, pinch the ends. Line a baking sheet with parchment, oil and lay out the wreaths. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes at 210 degrees.
