Vienna wafers in electric wafers thick
4 servings1 hour
Butter - 200 g, Eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 120 g, Wheat flour - 320 g, Milk - 250 g, Lemon juice - 1 tbsp., Baking soda - 0.25 tsp., Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
How to make Vienna waffles in an electric wafer? Prepare everything you need for this. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it heats up and becomes soft. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sieving, the finished product turns out to be more magnificent.
To make the dough, combine the soft butter and sugar. Mix them together with a whisk into a smooth mass. The amount of sugar can be slightly reduced or increased to your taste.
Add the eggs to the oil mass and stir in the warm milk.
Add the lemon juice to the dough. Then pour in the flour with the soda and knead the smooth pastry to make sure it is without any clumps of flour. By the amount of flour, navigate the consistency of the dough. The ready-made dough in consistency will be thick, approximately, like on fritters.
Preheat the electric wafer. Brush the plates with a little vegetable oil with a silicone brush. Spoon the dough. Cover and bake the waffles until tender, until golden. In terms of baking time, navigate your waffle iron. I have waffles baked for 10-12 minutes.
The finished waffles are delicious, fragrant and tender. Supplement with berry topping, sour cream or condensed milk. Nice treat!
