Curd cake
6 servings1 hour 30 min
Cookies - 200 gr, Walnuts - 50 gr, Butter - 30 gr, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Sugar - 100 gr, Cottage cheese - 450 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Apple puree - 50 gr, Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.
Foundation.
Put the broken cookies, nuts, butter and sugar in the bowl of the blender.
Beat everything into a small slightly moist crumbly crumb.
Put half the crumbs of cookies in a parchment-lined baking tin (I have 25 to 25), flatten and compact.
Bake the cake in heated to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Filling.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and vanillin.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Put half of the curd mass on the cake.
Gently flatten.
Add fruit puree to the remaining cottage cheese.
Place the fruit mass on top of the white cottage cheese and flatten, trying to prevent the layers from mixing with each other.
Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs on top.
Put in the oven for another 40 minutes.
