8 servings
2 hours 40 min
1. Fill the dried apricots with hot water to soften. Let's leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a deep bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk (only if the cottage cheese is dry! ), Sugar (adjust sugar to taste) and softened butter, thoroughly grind all the fork.
3. We drain the water from the bowl with the kuraga, and send it to the bowl of the blender. We also add nuts here, grind. Then we send the crushed ingredients to the curd mass, once again thoroughly agitated.
4. We form curd balls, put them on a tray or on any dish and send them to the freezer for an hour and a half.
5. In a water bath, melt your favorite chocolate (I have black) and dip every ball into it. Top with coconut chips. We send the finished treat to the refrigerator for freezing chocolate for half an hour. Enjoy yourself and treat the family!
