Cottage cheese - 400 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 100 g, Manka - 50 g, Milk - 70 ml, Bananas - 2 pcs., Butter - 1 tea liter, Baking powder - 0.3 tea liter
How to make a curd casserole with a banana in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose cottage cheese soft and a little wet. If it is coarse, then it is advisable to wipe it through a sieve. This will give the cottage cheese a uniform structure, thanks to which the finished casserole will be more delicate. Take more ripe and fragrant bananas.
Take a comfortable deep bowl. Combine the eggs with the sugar in it and whisk them a little with a mixer. It is not necessary to beat strongly. It is enough that the sugar dissolves and foam begins to appear from whipping.
Next, add cottage cheese, milk and manka to the bowl. Mix everything together and set aside. Let the manka swell a little.
Prepare the bananas at this time. Remove the skin from the bananas, break them into pieces and mash with a fork. To prevent bananas from darkening, you can sprinkle them a little with lemon juice.
Add the thawed bananas to the curd dough and stir them in thoroughly. Add a pinch of baking powder.
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I take ceramic. Brush the bottom and sides of the tin with a slice of butter and transfer the prepared curd dough with the bananas. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 35 minutes. Navigate your oven.
The finished casserole will be a mouth-watering golden color. Remove the tin from the oven, cool a little and spread the casserole on plates. In addition, you can take sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Enjoy your meal!
