Fruit tartlets

1. To begin with, we will prepare dough for tartlets: - sieve the flour, - cut the oil into pieces and add to the flour, - quickly rub the flour with oil into crumbs, - add cold water, mix (if the dough is dry, you can add another tablespoon of water), - wrap the dough in film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2. Now you can cook the filling: - we heat the milk in the saucepan, - beat the yolks together with the sugar, then add the flour and beat it again, - now we pour heated milk into this mixture, add vanilla extract, mix, - we return the resulting mixture to the saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until thickening, - we wait for the cream to cool, and at this time we cut into pieces of fruit.

3. We prepare tartlets: - we heat the oven to 180 degrees, - we arrange the dough into cupcake molds, straighten it, cover it with baking paper and put a load in the center (for example, jars of a suitable size filled with beans), - we bake everything in this way for 12 minutes, - we remove the paper and jars, bake for another 12 minutes (until golden), - we remove the tartlets from the mold and cool them on a wire rack.

4. We move on to the final stage: - fill the tartlets with cream, level it, - stick pieces of fruit into the cream. Enjoy your meal!
