Sausages in dough
Can fast food be healthy? If this snack is made with your own hand, it is quite possible. Despite the obvious components of the dish, the recipes for sausages in the dough differ in the way they are cooked.
1) Creatively approach the design of the shell. Not just roll up a tight tube, but cut thin strips of dough and wrap the saddle in a new way: spirals, crosswise, with gaps, mold a funny figurine from products & hellip;
2) Not only bake, but also fry in oil. For the fryer, cook the dough liquid and dip each piece in it.
3) Add more fillings: hard or melted cheese, herbs, egg omelette, tomato sauce, mayonnaise - so that the sausage fits stronger to the shell. Then cut the ready-made rolls into circles.

5) Sausages can be for every taste and budget. Most often they prefer traditional boiled ones. But nothing prevents you from taking another variety: smoked, for the grill, sausages, mini sausages. The main thing is to pre-fry the semi-finished products, and then make shallow cross cuts at two tips.
6) Do not glue the filling whole like pies, it is better to leave the edges open so that the insides are baked.
