Puff pastry banana puffs

1. Roll out the dough, cut it into long strips.
2. Clean the bananas. If they are large, they can be cut in half and along, but whole bananas will look prettier in the finished layer.
3. Wrap the bananas in strips of dough.
4. Fold the future layers onto a baking sheet lined with baking papers.
5. Whisk together the egg and grease the super-6 buns with it. Place the sheet tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes (until browned) .
7. Melt the dark chocolate on a waterbane.
8. Before serving, sprinkle the ready-made puffs with icing sugar and pour over the melted chocolate. Sweet tea party!
