The most gentle cake on cream, which will conquer your loved ones with its unforgettable taste. The cakes are very wet, with an openwork pattern on the section! 1. Pour warm cream (I have 20%) into a container, add sugar, yeast and flour to them. Mix until homogeneous and, covering with a film, remove to a warm place to approach for an hour and a half.

2. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, cardamom, salt to the yolks. Whisk with a mixer until enlarged, add the sugar and continue to whisk until fluffy foam.

3. Pour the whipped mass into the matching steam and mix, add soft oil and also mix. Then pour out the flour and knead the dough. Kneading dough for 10-15 minutes, it should stop tearing. The dough should become elastic.

4. Transfer the dough to an oil-lubricated container, cover with film and put it in a warm place to approach for an hour and a half.

6. Add dried fruits to the suitable dough and interfere with them.

7. Put the dough in the oiled forms, fill the forms for half. Cover with film and remove to a warm place for another hour.

8. Bake the cakes at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. If the top burns, cover with foil. Readiness to check skewer.

9. Fill gelatin with water and leave to swell. 10. Pour icing sugar into the pan and add water. Bring to a boil and remove from the stove, add the swollen gelatin and beat with a mixer until thickened. You need to work very quickly with this glaze, as it freezes very quickly. If there is a lot of glaze, you need to put the container with it on the water bath in order to have time to cover all the cakes. 1
