Chocolate coffee cake with whiskey

Butter - 12 tbsp, Cocoa powder - 85 g, Coffee - 100 g, Whiskey - 0.5 g, Sugar - 300 g, Wheat flour - 240 g, Baking powder - 8 g, Sea salt - 3 g, Ginger - 0.25 ch, Cloves - 0.1 ch, Eggs - 3 pcs., Vanilla - 2 ch, Sugar powder - 1 n tea
Ingredients.
In a medium saucepan over a low heat, mix warm coffee, whiskey, 12 tablespoons of butter, stir until the oil melts.
Add sugar with the remaining cocoa, mix until completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely.
In a bowl, mix all dry components - flour, baking powder, salt, ginger and cloves. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla.
Stir the egg mixture and chocolate mixture.
Add the liquid components to the flour mixture and mix well.
Grind the walnuts with the dough.
Put the dough in a prepared form, bake a chocolate cake from 45 to 65 minutes at 200 degrees.
Cool, sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Or make the icing by whisking the egg white and 6 tbsp. spoons of icing sugar.
Glaze over the cooled cakes.
The top can be decorated with colored sprinkles for cakes or chopped candied fruits, marmalade.
