1. Defrost the dough and roll it out a little into a rectangle;
2. Lubricate the dough with oil;
3. Sprinkle generously with sugar;
4. Twist the dough into a roll, starting from the side that is wider;
5. Cut the roll into pieces of the desired rosette size;
6. Pinch each piece on one side, and beautifully spread the "petals" of the rose on the other side;
7. Put the "roses" on an oil-lubricated tray;
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, focusing on your oven. Enjoy your meal!
