We cook Bounty roll without baking from cookies, coconut chips, butter, condensed milk, with the addition of cocoa powder, sugar and powdered sugar. We will prepare these components of dessert according to the list.
We take the cookies "Melted milk" or "Sugar, " break it into pieces, place it in the cup of the shredder, add sugar and cocoa powder.
Grind the cookies with sugar and cocoa for 20-30 seconds into fine, homogeneous crumbs.
Pour the crumbs from the bowl into a bowl. Bring the water to a boil and pour half a cup of boiling water into the crumb. Stir first with a spoon.
Then we knead a dense dough with our hands, it resembles shortbread in density.
Next, we prepare the cream. Pour coconut chips, powdered sugar into a separate container, put soft butter and add condensed milk.
We mix the coconut-butter cream well with a spoon, if desired, you can mix it with a mixer.
We put a sheet of parchment paper on the table for baking and roll out the base of the cookie roll on it. When rolling out, you need to form a rectangular layer, about 5 mm thick, given that it will need to be rolled up with a roll, so the edges should be even and neat.
On the rolled base, apply the prepared thick cream and evenly smear it along the entire plane.
Raising the edges of the parchment from one edge, carefully and slowly roll up the roll.
Wrap the formed roll with cream in parchment and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
After half an hour, Bounty's well-chilled roll is taken out of the freezer and unwound.
The chilled roll is perfectly sliced. Put slices of roll on a plate and serve on the table. Very beautiful and incredibly tasty.
