How to make a cupcake with tangerines in the oven? Measure the necessary ingredients. They should be at room temperature. Remove the oil in advance so that it becomes soft. The list of spices can be changed, as well as their number. Add to taste.
Combine the flour with spices and baking powder. Sift the dry mixture into a comfortable wide container. The flour will be enriched with oxygen, and the cupcake will be more lifting and lush.
Combine the soft butter with the sugar.
Using a mixer, whisk the oil with the sugar until fluffy, smooth.
Add the condensed milk. Whisk well to combine the condensed milk evenly with the oil-sugar mixture.
Drive one egg into the resulting mass, beating well after each.
Add the lemon and orange zest to the dough, mix. You can use tangerine instead of orange peel.
Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder and spices. Mix thoroughly until the flour lumps are gone. At this stage, you can stir the dough with a spoon or mixer at a low speed.
The dough is homogeneous, thick.
Wash the tangerines, peel, divide into wedges. Remove white veins from the lobes if possible.
Add the tangerine wedges to the dough, mix well.
Brush the bottom and sides of the baking tin with butter. Place the dough in the tin, flatten the top with a spoon or spatula.
Bake the cupcake in the oven preheated to 170S for 50-55 minutes. Baking time will depend on the peculiarities of the oven. Check the readiness of the cupcake with a wooden skewer. It should come out of the middle of the cupcake dry, without traces of dough. If the top is well browned, but the cupcake has not yet been baked inside, cover the shape with a layer of foil. Sue the finished cupcake a little and remove from the mold.
To decorate the cupcake, glaze can be prepared.
Whisk the squirrel with a fork until smooth.
Pour in the icing sugar, stir lightly.
Add a few drops of lemon juice, while rubbing the mass and achieving the desired glaze consistency. If the glaze is thick, add more lemon juice. If, on the contrary, it is liquid, pour sugar powder. The glaze should be moderately thick and moderately fluid so that it can be conveniently applied to the cupcake.
Cover the completely cooled cupcake with glaze. Let the glaze dry a little.
If desired, you can additionally decorate the pastries on top with various sprinkles to raise the festive mood. Do this until the icing is not quite hardened.
