This healthy bread is made with blueberries, banana, dried fruit and orange peel. Everyone knows that fruits are very useful, and blueberries in particular. A friend-pastry chef taught me to cook this super hat and since then I have very often baked bread according to this culinary recipe, which tastes better than any cupcake. First, I heat the oven to 180 C, and lubricate the silicone bread tin with sunflower oil. I mix and sift flour and yeast through a sieve into a large saucepan, add candied fruit peel, ground banana flesh, blueberries, crushed dried fruits and sugars there. I take a separate saucepan and cook in it a mixture of orange juice, eggs and sunflower oilseed remaining from lubrication. Then I combine the dry mixture with wet and stir with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained, which I pour into the mold, and align the surface with a special silicone tool or a wooden shoulder blade. I bake a healthy bread somewhere with an hour. The crust should become a firm and pleasant golden color. I dissolve sugars in about a quarter of a cup of cold filtered water or still mineral oil. When the bread cools, I pour this syrup over it and sprinkle it with grated orange or tangerine peel. Somewhere a couple of hours of bread should stand in the bread and soak in the aromas of all products. After a meal, it's really nice to sniff a chocolate butter sandwich on a healthy bread loaf. Although bread contains healthy ingredients, it is very sweet, and nutritionists do not recommend a strong passion for sweets. But occasionally you can treat yourself.
