How to make cakes with strawberry banana cream? Let's prepare products for dough and cream.
We will prepare products for strawberry puree and gelatin glaze and cake decoration.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt to the eggs and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. In several steps, we will introduce butter at room temperature.
Let's add kefir.
We sift through the flour with baking powder and combine the whole mass with a mixer at low speeds.
We distribute the dough on a baking sheet (30 by 40 cm), covered with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven, warmed to 180 degrees, 10-15 minutes. Let's check our readiness with a wooden stick. Extract the cake from the baking sheet, remove the parchment and leave until completely cooled. It usually takes 15-20 minutes.
Let's make the cream. Combine the purified bananas, weighed sour cream and powdered sugar (to taste) with a blender into a homogeneous mass. (To weigh the sour cream, you need to thicken the sieve with gauze folded in several layers, pour out the sour cream and leave in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours so that the glass has extra moisture. )
We will wash the strawberries and remove the ponytails. 250g strawberries with sugar over the blender into a smooth mass.
Cut 100g strawberries into small pieces. We will leave the remaining strawberries for decoration.
Using a dough die or a glass (7-8 cm in diameter), cut out the cake blanks.
In half of the cakes, we cut out the hole by cutting with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
We brush the cake with sour cream, put the cut ring on top and do it with all the blanks. Let's send another teaspoon of cream inside.
Cut the cake trimmings into fine crumbs with a blender. Grease the sides of the cakes with cream and dip in crumbs.
Put chopped strawberries inside, pour strawberry puree on top.
Generously send the remaining crumbs.
Let's prepare the glaze: we will pour water on the gelatin and leave it to swell.
I'll fill sugar, cocoa, pour milk and butter into the saute pan.
Over a medium heat, bring to a boil and dissolve the sugar, add the swollen gelatin and mix well.
We pour it into a culinary bag, cut the edge and decorate the cakes.
You can make it easier. Take chocolate, put in a cooking bag, and lower the corner with chocolate for a while in boiling water. When the chocolate melts, garnish the cakes. We decorate with strawberries.
In small cakes, I also made holes of smaller diameter and did everything the same as with large cakes. There were no trimmings left, everyone was used for cakes.
In less than one hour, we got 10 large and 4 small tastiest cakes. Give them an hour to soak in, better two, but no one in our family waits so long, but cakes are eaten immediately after cooking. The base for cakes is very tender and incredibly tasty, banana cream with strawberry puree, pieces of fresh strawberries - it is very tasty and not cloying sweet. Sour cream banana cream after a while darkens a little, it does not affect the taste.
