Roll the cooled dough into the formation 0. 5-0. 7 cm thick. Take two molds of different diameters (glasses can be used) and cut out the circles from the dough with a larger mold. Sift the flour and stir with the sugar.
Add the oil of room temperature to the flour and rub it into crumbs with our hands.
Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and add to the flour mixture.
Knead the smooth dough. Roll into a ball.
Put in a bag and squeeze a little. So the dough will cool evenly. Put the dough in the fridge for 25-30 minutes.
