Blueberry cakes

Wheat flour - 180 g, Sugar - 130 g, Butter - 150 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Egg yolks - 1 pc., Blueberries - 150 g, Jam - 3 tbsp.

Sift the flour and stir with the sugar.

Add the oil of room temperature to the flour and rub it into crumbs with our hands.

Whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and add to the flour mixture.

Knead the smooth dough. Roll into a ball.

Put in a bag and squeeze a little. So the dough will cool evenly. Put the dough in the fridge for 25-30 minutes.

Roll the cooled dough into the formation 0. 5-0. 7 cm thick. Take two molds of different diameters (glasses can be used) and cut out the circles from the dough with a larger mold. Then, from half the circles, make the rings a smaller mold. Grease the circle with yolk and put the ring on top. Small clippings - the remains can also be smeared with yolk and baked.

Fill the cookies with blueberries and pour over the jam. Brush the top side with yolk, too.

Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Then cool down
