Strawberry cake mini cakes

Sugar - 60 g, Baking powder - 1 tea liter, Starch - 20 g, Eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 80 g, Chocolate - 150 g, Cream - 300 ml, Strawberry - 350 g, Jam - 6 tbsp., Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder. First of all, let's prepare the dough. Whisk the medium-sized eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt into a light, creamy mass (at least 8 minutes). Stir the gently flour mixture with a spatula in two steps.
Prepare two baking sheets with paper and a tablespoon, lay out 12 circles. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Cool on a baking sheet.
Heat the cream in a sauté pan, add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool to a creamy thickness.
Separate the corgi from the paper. Brush 6 cakes with chocolate, the remaining 6 with strawberry jam or marmalade. Wash the strawberries, dry and cut into slices.
Collect the cakes: the bottom layer with jam, the middle layer with chocolate ganache.
