1. Puff dough needs to be thawed. To do this, from the evening we transfer the dough from the freezer to the refrigerator and leave it for the night. During this time, it will thaw and be ready for work.

2. The dough layer is cut lengthwise into three strips. Each strip is cut into four rectangles.

3. We lay out the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

4. Send a baking sheet to the already preheated oven, bake the layers for 12-14 minutes. They will rise noticeably, acquire a light golden color.

5. We shift the finished layers to the grill, let them cool down.

6. Meanwhile, while the cookies cool, we will prepare strawberries. For this, my berries, tear off the stalks. Each berry is cut lengthwise into four parts.

7. Put strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar. Very gently agitated.

8. Pour the chilled cream into a deep dish. Beat the cream using an electric mixer at minimum speed.

9. When the cream turns into foam, pour sugar powder and pour vanilla extract into them. Continue to beat until hard stable peaks are formed. 10. We collect a treat: cut each rectangle in half, lay out a spoonful of whipped cream, then strawberries. We cover the second piece with puffs, lay out cream and berries. We serve the finished layers on the table immediately. If the treat is planned to be served later, then it must be collected immediately before serving. You can store the layers and cream until assembled in the refrigerator in a closed container. Help yourself!
