In a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanillin.
Rub the soft oil with icing sugar until soft, lush. Beat in the egg, mix thoroughly.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa) and milk in parts. Stir until homogeneous.
