Beat the protein with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Gently mix sifted flour and baking powder into the protein.

To cook jelly, you need to get blackcurrant berries from the freezer and defrost them.

Combine the purée of berries with gelatin and pour into a mold for solidification.
To prepare the decor, mix marshmerlou with butter and milk, put in the microwave for 3 minutes to dissolve.
The resulting liquid mass is well mixed so that there are no lumps.
Pour the mass into a mold for solidification.
For the sauce, melt the chocolate with the butter. This can be done in the microwave.
To collect the cake, transfer the cake to a suitable plate.
Pour the cake over the chocolate sauce, having previously cooled it.
Top with black rose jelly.
Decorate the product with frozen marshmerlow and pastry sprinkles.
