Condensed milk should not be liquid and have an unnatural smell - this is a sign that the product should not be consumed. Sour cream is needed with a fat content of 20% or more. The oil should be of high quality, room temperature, so get it out of the refrigerator in advance.
Knead the soft, elastic dough. Shortbread cannot be kneaded for too long, otherwise the biscuits will be hard. In the first moments of kneading, the dough is quite sticky, but as it is kneaded, when the ingredients are combined with each other, the dough thickens and separates from the hands. I did not need additional flour, but if when kneading the dough sticks strongly to my hands, you can add 1-2 tbsp. l. Be careful, do not clog the dough with excessive flour!
