Sand baskets with cream and berries

Ready-made tartlets - 12 pcs., Cherry - 200 g, Black currant - 200 g, Oranges - 1 pc., Jelly - 50 g, Milk - 300 ml, Corn starch - 2 tbsp., Sugar - 0.75 pack., Eggs - 2 pcs., Butter - 30 g, Cream - 100 ml
I prepare the necessary products for baskets with cream and berries. I prepared baskets of sand dough in advance.
I pour milk into the pan and heat it.
In a separate container, mix eggs, starch and sugar into a homogeneous mass.
I pour the mixture into the warmed milk and constantly stir to heat it over a low heat until the desired consistency is thick.
I take it off the fire, put it in another container, cover it with cling film and let it cool down.
While the milk mixture cools, beat the cooled cream.
I bring butter and whipped cream into the cooled mass, mix everything.
Dilute the jelly with 1 cup of hot water, add the berries and leave to cool.
I cut an orange into wedges to decorate.
I put cream in the basket, berries with jelly on the cream and decorate with orange.
I put it in the refrigerator to set the jelly. Have a nice tea party!!!
