Cottage cheese - 1 kg, Eggs - 5 pcs., Sugar - 200 g, Butter - 200 g, Cream - 400 ml, Vanilla sugar - 1 tea liter, Vanilla extract - to taste, Mixture of candied fruits - 100 g, Raisins - 100 g, Hazelnuts - 100 g
Prepare products. The oil should be mild, room temperature.
Add sugar to the eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar and beat slightly with a mixer at low RPM, only to disperse the sugar.
To enhance taste and aroma, add 3 drops of vanilla flavor.
Pour in the cream and mix.
On medium heating, bring the egg - cream mass to a boil and reduce the heating to a minimum, cook constantly stirring until thickened . /Sets like an omelette, it will look like it/. Remove from the stove and allow to cool.
Prepare dried fruits and nuts. Steam the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry well on a towel. Rinse the nuts, fry lightly in a dry frying pan, grind in a blender . /I did not peel the film/. If the candied fruits are large, they must be cut.
Punch the cottage cheese with a blender to a pasty state.
Add softened oil to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly.
Next, we put candied fruits, raisins, nuts. Mix.
Add the cooled egg - cream mixture to the curd mass, mix well. The preparation of cottage cheese Easter is ready.
