Filo pastry baklava with almonds and oranges

1. Grab a meat grinder and scroll the walnuts and a quarter of the sugar on it.
2. Add half the lemon and orange juices to the mixture.
3. Make sugar syrup from leftover sugar and 150ml water. Add the remaining lemon and orange juices to it, cook for 20 minutes (moderate heat) .
4. Melt the oil (I do this until it is clear) .
5. Put the dough in the tin (greased with oil) and put the nut filling on it. Repeat until the form is filled.
6. Grease the top layer with egg.
7. Cut the future baklava. I cut with a diamond. I decorate each diamond with almond nut.
8. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Remove, pour over the sugar syrup and bake for a further 10 minutes. Baklava is supplied cooled. Have a nice tea party!
