Wheat flour - 200 grams, Carrots - 1 pc., Oranges - 1 pc., Butter - 150 grams, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 150 grams, Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp., Baking powder - 2 tsp., Walnuts - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Orange juice - 1 tbsp., Sugar powder - 3 tbsp.
We will prepare the necessary products for baking carrot muffins with orange.
Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a fine grater.
I put softened butter in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar to it, drive it with a mixer until homogeneous.
I pour in the eggs, mix, add baking powder and a pinch of salt to the resulting mixture, mix everything.
When finished, add grated carrots and crushed nuts, mix until homogeneous.
I spread the mixture into 1/3 of the mold into silicone molds.
I put it in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven.

I let the ready-made muffins cool down and take it out of shape.
