Honey - 1 pack., Eggs - 5 pcs., Sugar - 2 pack., Baking soda - 2 tea liters., Butter - 100 gr., Sour cream - 200 gr., Wheat flour - 1200 gr., Egg whites - 3 pcs., Sugar powder - 150 gr.
We take such products. Sugar can be reduced. Honey is better to take dark, buckwheat.
Stir eggs with sugar, add sour cream and honey.
Add melted oil and soda. We mix everything. You can also add cinnamon for taste.
Add flour in parts.
Put the dough on the table, add more flour. The dough should be soft, stick slightly to the hands.
We will collect it in a ball and put it in celophane. We put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. It's mandatory.
In the morning the next day we get it. We cut it. This is what we will have. I didn't wash it out. And immediately cut into pieces.
We roll balls from pieces. Small ones. We put it on paper at a distance.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 gr.
