Muffins with liquid chocolate filling
8 servings1 hour
To begin with, we will prepare the chocolate component of muffins, namely, break the tiles into pieces, open the butter in a small saucepan. The oil must be pulled out of the refrigerator in advance. If you forgot to do it, just cut it into pieces. We add chocolate to the butter, put it on the stove and, stirring, wait for them to melt and turn into a homogeneous chocolate mass, after which it must be removed from the heat and cooled. At this time, you need to beat two eggs, yolks and sugar. Beat until a dense foam forms. Now you can add eggs to the chocolate mixture, mix everything well. We mix salt with flour in a separate dish and begin to introduce this mixture into the future dough. This must be done in parts, achieving the absence of lumps. Grease the molds with butter, better if it is creamy. Pour the dough into moulds and send to the oven to bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. The treat is done!
