How to make chicken in cupcake molds? Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and finely chop. 
In a bowl, mix the Ranch sauce, milk, eggs, flour until homogeneous. 
Cut the cilantro. Put one third of it aside. 
Grate the cheese. 
In a bowl, mix: cheese, meat, herbs, flour mixture (set some of the mixture aside). The mass should turn out like a salad. 
Sprinkle the muffin tin with flour. Put a thick mixture with meat, top with the flour mixture (the one that was set aside). 
Warm the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, no more. 
When the muffins are baked, put them out of the tin and serve, sprinkling cilantro on top.
