Baskets with custard and berries

Baskets with custard and berries... 8 servings
5 hours 50 min

How to bake baskets? Very simple! To do this, you need:
1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, as well as vanilla sugar.

2. Add chopped chilled butter.

3. Quickly rub everything into not very small crumbs.

4. Tie the crumb with a shaken egg, adding it in portions and kneading the dough.

5. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

6. Get the dough and roll it out right in the bag (according to the size of the bag). Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

7. Then take out the dough, remove from the bag and allow to warm for 5 minutes on the table.

8. After that, roll the dough into a thin layer.

9. Cut out dough circles the size of mouldings for baking baskets and put them in these shapes. Let stand for five minutes to allow the dough to settle. 10. Then each circle is more uniform and denser to line the surface of the molds, to level the edges. 1
1. To prevent the dough from rising during the baking process, tip the bottom of each basket with a fork. Put the dough molds in the freezer for half an hour. 1

2. Bake the frozen baskets in an oven preheated to 210 degrees until lightly rosy for 15-20 minutes. Then you need to let cool down. The cream should be prepared in this way:
1. Scatter the yolks, add sugar to them.

2. Add flour, starch, vanilla sugar and a spoon of cold milk to the yolk-sugar mixture.

3. Boil the rest of the milk.

4. In a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour milk into yolks with sugar in small portions.

5. Next, over fire, stirring constantly, cook at a temperature of about 80 degrees until thickened. This takes literally five minutes of time.

6. Allow the hot cream to cool to heat by covering the film directly over the cream or stirring periodically so that a film does not form on the surface. Filling baskets:
1. We fill almost to the top of the basket with cream.

2. We decorate with berries.

3. Let us thicken the cream in 2-3 hours and soak in baskets in the refrigerator.

4. Before serving, you can sprinkle with icing sugar. Have a nice tea party!
