Cake pops roosters

Cake pops roosters... 10 servings

Let's start cooking this fun and original treat with a biscuit. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder. Put the oil in a bowl, add the icing sugar and whisk well. Add the egg to the bowl and whisk again. Put the second, continue to beat. Add vanilla extract to the bowl, stir the mixture. Now you need to gradually pour flour with baking powder, then pour milk. Whisk the dough again at low speed. Brush the baking tin with vegetable oil, pour the dough into it and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit using a toothpick. Remove the finished biscuit from the oven, leave to cool, then crush it. Now let's make the cream. Melt white chocolate in a water bath, mix with mascarpone cheese. Mix the biscuit crumb well with the resulting cream, form a large ball, wrap in cling film and put in the freezer for 15 minutes. When that time has passed, remove the biscuit, divide it into equal parts and roll the balls from each about the size of a walnut. Grease a small baking sheet with vegetable oil, put balls on it. Put the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes. Let's move on to decorating the cake pops. While the blanks are in the freezer, take a bar of white chocolate, break it into pieces and put it in a water bath to melt. Remove the balls from the freezer, using one of the sticks prepared in advance, make a hole in each of them until about the middle. Now lower each stick into melted chocolate and stick it into the hole in the ball. Put future cake pops in the freezer for 15 minutes. This is necessary so that the chocolate freezes well and the cake pops do not fall off the sticks while we turn them into New Year's cockerels. Now each sponge ball is immersed in melted white chocolate and placed vertically until set. For example, you can stick them into an inverted colander, foam, cardboard box. Until the chocolate has frozen, we form scallops, beaks, cockerel earrings from a red sprinkle (in the form of hearts). With the help of balloons, we create eyes. To make the cake pops freeze faster, put them in a cool place. You can make this treat a little in advance - it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Fun holidays and original ideas!
