How to make cupcakes with chocolate? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Chocolate can be taken in the form of chocolate drops or simply chop a regular chocolate bar with a knife into pieces. Immediately pour soda into kefir and mix. She will react with him, due to which the finished products will rise well when baking.
For the dough, combine the egg with the sugar and whisk a little with a mixer. It is not necessary to beat to splendor. It's just good enough to mix everything up.
Then pour in the kefir and soda and vegetable oil. Stir.
In two steps, stir in the dry ingredients - flour and cocoa.
The finished dough should become uniform and smooth. To do this, you can use a mixer. In the finished dough, stir in the chocolate pieces.
Pour the dough into special muffins (I got 11 pieces) and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Navigate your oven.
You can check the cupcakes for readiness using a wooden skewer. Pierce the cupcake with it and immediately pull out. If the stick is dry, then the cupcakes have already been baked. Remove them from the oven.
Cool the cupcakes by turning them on their side. What is it necessary for? With this cooling, the bottom of the muffins will not be wet from their own steam.
To make the glaze, take chocolate, milk and butter.
Combine the milk with the butter and heat to hot. Then add the chocolate, broken into pieces and stirring, let it melt.
Cupcakes can be left in molds or removed from them. Dip the muffins in the top of the chocolate. This can be done 2 times, allowing the first layer to freeze slightly.
Decorate the finished muffins with fresh berries or fruits.
