Camembert cheese hot snack

1. Chop onions with small cubes and sauté until translucent in olive oil.

2. Cut the bacon into small cubes and add to the sprayed onion. Fry until golden brown.

3. We roll the dough into a 5 mm thick pancake and three times the diameter of the cheese head.

4. We cut the camembert lengthwise into two parts and put the lower part on the middle of the dough pancake.

5. On top of the half of the cheese, spread the onion with bacon in a uniform layer, cover the top of the cheese.

6. We divide the dough from the edge of the cheese to the edge of the pancake into 8 equal parts with a knife.

7. For each of the 8 parts of the dough, round the corners with a knife in the shape of flower petals.

8. Wrap each petal over the cheese, rinsing them on top in turn with egg yolk. With the last petal, rinse all the dough on top and around the edges with yolk, sprinkle with herbs.

9. Bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment in an oven heated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. A marvellous appetizer of camembert cheese is ready - a pleasant appetite!
