To begin with, melt the chocolate in a water bath. While hot, add the butter and stir everything until smooth. Now let the chocolate cool to room temperature. At this time, whisk the eggs together with the sugar until foamed. Add the egg mixture in a thin trickle to the cooled chocolate. Here, sift through a small strainer of flour. Mix all ingredients well with a silicone or wooden spatula. The dough should be smooth, uniform. Spread the resulting dough over greased moulds and bake the fondan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Then remove the molds, let the treat stand in them for a few minutes, and then extract the fondans onto serving plates. Decorate the ready-made treat to your taste - with cocoa powder or powdered sugar, fresh berries, mint sprigs. A sweet tea party and a good mood!
