Ice cream for this treat needs to be made beforehand as it needs time to freeze. So, we prepare ice cream, for which you need:
1. Heat the milk to 40 degrees. Drive in the yolks, add regular and vanilla sugar, whisk thoroughly with a mixer.

2. Heat the mixture in a water bath until it thickens.

3. Cool and strain.

4. Beat the cream to steep peaks.

5. Gently mix the cream with the egg mixture using a spatula.

6. Put in the freezer and stir for the first 3-5 hours every hour, then freeze for another 5 hours. Before starting the preparation of fondan, we turn on to heat the oven by 220 degrees. Next, we start cooking. Required:
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

2. Add oil and stir until homogeneous.

3. Beat the eggs with the sugar.

4. Add the sieved flour and cocoa to the mixture and mix until smooth.

5. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix.

6. Lubricate the moulds with oil.

7. Fill the molds by half.

8. Bake until the fondan rises - about 5-7 minutes. We serve fondan hot, complementing it with a ball of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your meal!
