Warm the oven to 200 degrees. Break the chocolate into pieces, melt it (it should soften, but not burn) . Add the melted butter to the soft chocolate (melt in the microwave, but not to a liquid state), mix. Stir the eggs well with the sugar with a whisk, whisk until foamed. Combine the eggs with the chocolate, pour in the flour, baking powder, cocoa, pinch of salt. Stir well again. Brush the molds with butter and sprinkle with cocoa. Pour the dough into molds (you can take small ceramic or ordinary metal cocotnitsa) Put the molds in the oven warmed to 200S, lower the temperature to 180S, bake for 7 minutes, leave to cool for 5 minutes, turn on a plate. Chocolate fondan should be eaten immediately: inside the chocolate remains liquid and flows out. If mixed with cream ice cream, it turns out insanely tasty! You can decorate with berries.
