Yeast curl buns without filling for tea
10 servings2 hours
Wheat flour - 1 kg, Milk - 0.5 l, Butter - 150 g, Yeast - 50 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - 1 tea liter, Sugar - 1 tbsp.
We prepare dough for our buns. First, stir the yeast with sugar (1 tbsp) in a bowl, add warm milk to them and less than half of all the flour that we previously sift. Mix. We put the steam in the heat for 20 minutes. Then we pour salt and sugar into it and pour melted butter into it. We introduce the sifted flour in parts. Knead smooth dough, form a ball, sprinkle it with flour, cover it with a napkin and put it in heat for 1 hour.

We take products according to the list.
When the dough comes up, we divide it into portions. We take a piece and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin cake. You can lubricate them with melted oil and sprinkle with sugar.
We form buns. Roll up the cake with a roll and pinch the edges. We fix the ends of the roll, forming a ring. We put the ring on the side and make a cut with a knife, not reaching the end. We turn the product around to make a layered heart.
We lay out the hearts on a baking sheet and leave for proofing for fifteen minutes. Then grease the surface of the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar (you can still sprinkle with crushed nuts).
Send the tray to the oven preheated to 200 C degrees. The buns are baked for about twenty-five minutes. Our pastries are ready!
