Wheat flour - 150 gr, Milk - 125 ml, Water - 125 ml, Butter - 100 gr, Eggs - 4 pcs., Sugar - 0.5 tea liters, Salt - 0.25 tea liters, Cooked condensed milk - 380 gr, Condensed milk - 2 tbsp, Butter - 200 gr
Pour all the flour into the bucket and immediately begin to intensively interfere with it with the spatula, thus brewing the dough. Do not remove the dishes from the fire, only reduce the heat to a minimum. Keep the dough on fire for 2-3 minutes, working with a spatula all the time. When the dough rolls into a ball, turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove.
While the eclairs bake and cool, make the cream. Prepare the products for it, they should be at room temperature. Condensed milk you can take ready-made or cook it yourself.
