How to make a dessert from oatmeal baskets with fruits? Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, transfer to a bowl and crush them with a fork until fluffy.
Pour oats to bananas. It is better to choose instant oats (grade No. 3). Such flakes have the thinnest structure, so they are suitable even for children and people with a sensitive stomach and gastrointestinal diseases. Baskets of such flakes turn out to be very tender and soft.
Add liquid honey, it is better to add floral. It is better to avoid dark varieties of honey (buckwheat, heather, chestnut and others), since such varieties of honey have a rich taste with a spicy hill.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.
Next, you need to prepare the molds. Silicone baking molds or Teflon can be used. If the molds are teflon, then they must be greased with vegetable oil using a confectionery brush.
Put honey and oat mass in each mold and form baskets using a teaspoon, form the bottom and sides. Put the baskets in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake them for 20 minutes.
Prepare the sour cream filling: put the sour cream in a bowl, add the icing sugar and mix well. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt with a lower percentage of fat.
After time has elapsed, remove the Teflon moulds with the baked baskets from the oven and cool them. Carefully release the cooled baskets from the molds. Fill the baskets with sour cream filling.
Top the sour cream filling with canned fruit (I have a tropical cocktail), pour over the berry syrup and sprinkle with bitter chocolate grated on a fine grater.
