Wheat flour - 350 gr, Sugar - 175 gr, Honey - 150 gr, Eggs - 3 pcs., Water - 2 tbsp., Milk - 3 tbsp., Baking powder - 1 tsp., Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 400 ml, Zukaty - 20 gr., Nuts and seeds - 20 gr.
How to make Chack Chack in a frying pan? First, prepare the products according to the list. Choose liquid natural honey. Instead of baking powder, you can take soda.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Whisk everything together with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
Sift the flour into the egg mixture and start kneading the dough. Note that the flour can take you more or less, look at the consistency of the dough.
The dough should be soft and elastic, it should not stick to the hands. Remove the finished dough to rest in a bag for 20-30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a thin layer.

Prepare the syrup, for this, add water to the sugar first and put on a heat,
Once the sugar has dissolved, add the honey to the syrup and bring to the boil, then boil for a further 5-7 minutes, stirring the syrup occasionally.
Pour the cooled cheque over the hot syrup and mix well with a spoon or hands, do not burn gently.
Place the cheque on a dish soaked in cold water, form a slide with wet hands and garnish with candied fruit and nuts, then cover with cling film and leave to cool. Then you can serve a pleasant tea party on the table!
