How to make a chuck chuck with vodka? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Vodka is necessary for the dough to be looser. During the preparation process, all alcohol will evaporate.
To make the dough, combine the eggs with sugar and salt. Whisk them a little with a whisk until smooth.
Then stir in the vodka.
For kneading the dough, it is convenient to use a wide bowl or do everything on the table. Sift the required amount of first-grade flour through a sieve and pour 2/3 of the total into a bowl, making a recess in it. Then add the egg mixture to the flour. Do not add all the flour immediately. It may be needed a little more or less than indicated. Focus on the consistency of the finished dough.
Start mixing the ingredients. At first, it is convenient to use a wooden shoulder blade, and then knead the dough with your hands. Sprinkle the rest of the flour, if necessary. Intervene the dough very carefully for 7-10 minutes.
The finished dough will be quite cool, but elastic and not sticky to the hands. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to lie on the table for 20 minutes.
Rested dough does not tighten when rolling out and it is easier to work with it. Roll out the dough on a table lightly dusted with flour, a thin layer of 2-3mm, then cut it into thin strips 2-3cm long and 2-3mm wide.
Stir the sliced strips and leave to lie on the table for 5 minutes so that they are slightly weathered.
For frying, you can use dishes with a thick bottom, cauldron or sauté pan. Preheat the vegetable oil to a very hot state. Fry the chopped dough in 3-4 sets, until golden. Then remove it with a colander spoon to let the extra oil drain. The hotter the oil, the less it will be absorbed into the dough when frying. So dessert will not be very fatty.
For pouring, combine honey and sugar. Place on heat and bring to a boil. Boil it all together for 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the fried dough to a spacious bowl and pour over the hot honey mixture. Gently, trying not to break the pieces, mix it with a shoulder blade.
Put the warm mass on a flat dish and form a slide with wet hands. Press your hands more tightly to make, as it were, a small cake. Take the treat to the fridge for 2 hours to let the syrup freeze.
