Crepe suzette pancakes

Eggs - 3 pcs., Milk - 500 ml, Sugar - 4 tbsp., Wheat flour - 200 g, Salt - 1 g, Butter - 30 g, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp., Oranges - 2 pcs., Butter - 2 tbsp., Sugar - 4 tbsp., Starch - 1 tea.
To prepare pancakes, prepare the necessary set of products. Wash the oranges well.
To make pancake dough, combine the eggs with sugar. Shake them a little with a whisk.
Then add a pinch of salt and melted butter. Pour milk into the dough and gradually add flour. Knead a smooth, liquid, pancake dough without lumps.
Before the first pancake, brush the first pan with a little vegetable oil. Pour some pancake pastry into the hot pan and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the pan in a thin layer. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden.
Thus bake all pancakes. Put them on a separate plate in a stack, on top of each other.
To make the sauce, cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice out of them.
Put the butter in a hot frying pan and pour over the sugar. Wait a minute for it all to dissolve.
Mix the orange juice with the starch so there are no lumps.
Pour everything into the pan, stir and bring to the boil. If it turns out thick, then you can pour a little water.
Fold the pancakes in triangles and place in hot syrup. Leave them for a couple of minutes to soak the pancakes in the sauce. You can turn them over so that they are completely in the sauce. Arrange the finished pancakes on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
