Banana capcakes

Banana capcakes... 8 servings
1 hour 10 min

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, mix it well with baking powder and soda. This can be done using a wedding.

2. Melt the butter, it should not be too hot.

3. Break the eggs into a separate container, mix them with oil and saccharom.

4. Put the banana puree to the mixture of eggs and oil, add the sour cream, mix everything well until smooth consistent.

5. Pour the resulting mass into the flour mixture, mix everything thoroughly.

6. Chop the walnuts, put them in the dough (leave a little to decorate the finished capcakes) and stir, you need the nuts to distribute evenly in the dough.

7. Put the paper forms in the silicone capcake tin, which you fill with 2/3 of the dough.

8. Place the tin in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until cooked and browned). The degree of readiness can be checked using a match - if after sticking in it remained dry, the cupcakes are ready. Let them cool down.

9. Whisk the mascarpone with the icing sugar, put the mass in a pastry bag and use it to decorate the capcakes. Sprinkle nuts specially deposited for this on top, decorate with rounds of banana. Sweet tea party!
