Duck with apples and oranges, baked in the sleeve

Duck - 2 kg, Ready mustard - 2 tbsp, Sour cream - 100 g, Apples - 2 pcs., Oranges - 2 pcs., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Ground red pepper - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
Set of ingredients.
We rinse the duck well, cut off excess fat, dry it. We mix mustard, sour cream, salt, pepper and other spices (I added sweet paprika and a little hop-suneli) in a pialka.
We lubricate the duck inside and outside well with this marinade and leave it to parine for about an hour
My apples and oranges, we wipe dry. We take out seeds from apples, from bone oranges, if any, and cut off the white partitions inside. Cut the fruit into large pieces.
Fill the duck tightly and cut the hole with toothpicks.
Place the duck in the roasting sleeve, put the remaining fruits there. We tie it tightly and put it on a baking sheet. Don't forget to puncture a few holes in your sleeve! Put a baking sheet with prepared duck in the oven, turn it on 190 degrees. Bake for two hours. You don't even have to cut the sleeve, everything blushes perfectly.
After that, carefully remove it from the sleeve, put it on a large beautiful dish, decorate it and serve it to the table. The duck turns out to be very tender, fragrant, with a pleasant orange taste.
