Braised lamb with prunes

Lamb - 700 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Butter - 1.5 tbsp, Wheat flour - 0.5 tbsp, Cinnamon - to taste, Prunes - 130 gr, Sugar - 1 tsp, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Ingredients
Soak the prunes overnight beforehand, adding cinnamon for the flavour.
Remove Bones
For our food, we will promote meat, clean it from films and veins and cut it into small strips.
We will put a saucepan with olive oil on the fire, and while it is warming up, we will finely cut a large onion.
Fry the onions lightly in the warmed oil until clear.
Then add pieces of meat to it, stirring constantly with a spatula.
Fry the meat on both sides,
When the meat changes color, add black ground pepper, flour, salt. We mix everything thoroughly and put out a couple more minutes.
Fill the lamb with hot water so that it is completely covered.
Cover, leave to simmer on low heat
Prunes, sugar and cinnamon.
20 minutes before the meat is ready, add sugar and prunes.
