The hardest part about this recipe is cutting fish. I really don't like the fish smell, which goes into the board for a long time and is then very difficult to get rid of, so I wrap the board in a bag, and already paper or paper towels on top
We remove the head, fins from the carcass, remove the insides, get rid of the black film in the abdomen

The fish was cut, now it remains for a small one - to supplement it with sauce and send it to the oven
And here are all the ingredients for the sauce: horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise. When I cooked for the first time, I was very worried about horseradish - it seemed to me that it would feel in a ready-made dish. It turned out in vain - trying mackerel you can never guess that there is horseradish in the ingredients, it turns out without exaggeration very tasty!
Stir - and the sauce is ready
When I bake fish, I cover the form with foil - so it will remain as clean as possible
We lay out pieces of fish (or whole mackerel)
A little salt
We coat each piece on all sides with sauce well
We bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, put as usual in an already warmed oven
The fragrance is gorgeous! And I have a side dish of mashed potatoes
