Grouse in a slow cooker

1. Rinse the hazel grouse carcass, dry and cut in half.
2. We rub grouse with salt, spices. Turn on the slow cooker, set the frying mode, pour vegetable oil and fry hazel grouse on both sides, until golden.
3. After frying, pour sour cream and switch the slow cooker to extinguishing mode. We cook meat on one side for twenty minutes, then open the slow cooker, turn the hazel grouse on the other side and cook for another ten minutes. At the end of cooking, transfer the hazel grouse to a plate and serve with fresh herbs and vegetables.
Hazel grouse - 2 pcs., Butter - 50 g, sour cream - 4 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
