Chops
Chops are a great option for a stand-alone dish served with a side dish. The main idea is that cooking does not require an excess of effort and time.Breading and battering is all that an experienced hostess will need to prepare chipped pieces of meat that are tasty, juicy and soft. Under the blows of a hammer, protein fibers deform and soften, which means they are better subjected to thermal treatment (they fry faster - on average, three minutes are enough, or, if the chop is thick, five to seven). To cook, you need a special wooden hammer, food film (protect the table and hands from splashes), a knife, a frying pan, spices to taste.
The five most commonly used ingredients in recipes are:
Product | Calories kcal in 100g | Proteins g in 100 g | Fats g in 100g | Carbohydrates g in 100g |
---|---|---|---|---|
Wheat flour | 364 | 12 | 1 | 67 |
Hard cheese | 366 | 2 4. 1 | 2 9. 5 | 0. 3 |
Pork | 259 | 16 | 2 1. 6 | 0 |
Eggs | 157 | 1 2. 7 | 10. 9 | 0. 7 |
Chicken fillet | 113 | 2 3. 6 | 1. 9 | 0. 4 |
Even a schoolboy will cope, since there is no need to use great physical force, on the contrary - accuracy and thoroughness will be required. It is worth noting that chop recipes are a great option for bachelors who don't want to stand at the stove for a long time and invent something, but who like freshly prepared food, not shop dumplings. The addition can be potatoes, green peas, vegetables, in fact - everything that is found in the refrigerator. Experiments with the form of supply and roasting are permissible. It is not recommended to serve pork "with blood" - for sanitary and hygienic reasons.
