5. After thermal manipulation, the skin is easily removed with the spikes. Carefully remove it. Then grate the fish with salt and leave for one hour.

6. Pour balsamic vinegar into a bowl, add softened butter and ground nutmeg. Mix well to uniformity.

7. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, line with parchment. Place sturgeon on it, pour prepared sauce on top of it, and olive oil on top of the sauce.

8. Finally, spray the fish with lemon juice. Send to the oven, bake for half an hour. We place the finished fish on a flat dish or on a tray.
