Home lasagna

Lasagna is a dish of Italian cuisine, beloved by foodies far beyond the borders of the homeland. The classic lasagna recipe should have three must-have ingredients: pasta sheets, cream beschamel sauce and hard cheese.
This is the base. The toppings vary depending on the taste and contents of the refrigerator. The hostesses care about the question: is it necessary to boil the sheets before putting them in the uniform? There is no such need, during baking, the accompanying ingredients will release juice and soak the dough. Another significant factor: the cost of plates is small, but the price of the finished product in supermarkets is high. There are adapted variations of lasagne - when cheap pita bread is used instead of dough. If you do not want to move away from the traditional cooking method, then the sheets can be made yourself, cut and dried. It is important to take care of suitable baking utensils. It is advisable to pick up a baking sheet with high sides, at least 7 cm - the more layers, the tastier the dish. If there are no plans to cook casseroles in reserve or for a large company, you should look for small rectangular heat-resistant molds. Such containers are designed for one person, they also serve lasagne from the oven directly on the table. Lasagne can be a semi-finished product. Two methods of stock procurement are used. First, the product must be completely prepared, gradually cooled, cut into portions, wrapped each in foil or polyethylene and placed in a freezer. Or otherwise: put raw ingredients in a frost-resistant mold and freeze immediately.
