Rabbit roasted on a spit

Rabbit roasted on a spit... 8 servings
4 hours

1. Fresh chili peppers, paprika and cayenne must be washed, fruit stalks and seeds removed (if you like, so that it is very sharp, the seeds can be left). Then prepared peppers are milled.

2. Add paprika (powder), sea salt, brown sugar, garlic powder and black ground pepper to them. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Put mustard to the mixture, pour in olive oil. Everything is well mixed again.

4. Wash the rabbit carcass, dry with paper towels, then rub with a fragrant spicy mixture on all sides - both inside and out.

5. Place the carcass on a spit and, while the coals are being prepared, let the rabbit lie at room temperature.

6. Coals are ready - install a spit. Fry the rabbit until tender and appetising, remember to turn slowly to cook evenly. Enjoy your meal!
